Bruno Ochman is a lawyer in the Corporate and Transactional practice at Kondracki Celej. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Center for American Law Studies co-organised by Emory University. His professional interests focus on corporate law, broadly understood commercial law, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining the team, he gained experience at international law firms, where he was involved in significant M&A and real estate transactions.
