Adam Domański is a partner and an advocate in the white-collar crime practice at Kondracki Celej. He specializes in criminal law including white-collar crime and penal fiscal law. He also represents clients in disciplinary proceedings in front of competent authorities of professional self-governments of public trust professions.
Adam participates as a defense counsel at every stage of proceedings against Kondracki Celej’s clients - from activities related to a possible arrest, through investigation proceedings, the trial, and proceedings before the courts of appeal. He also acts as a representative for victims in front of law enforcement authorities and courts.
He provides services to corporate clients in criminal matters including advising on mitigation of the criminal liability risk for the members of management and supervisory boards.
Adam Domański has been recognized as a recommended lawyer in the white-collar crime category of The Legal 500.
He has been associated with Kondracki Celej from the day it was founded.
