Arkadiusz Klejnowski is an advocate and a senior associate at the Corporate and Transactional practice at Kondracki Celej.

Arek advises leading domestic and international  venture capital funds and emerging growth technology companies on a wide range of corporate matters including venture capital investments and exits, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

He specializes in issues related to mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, corporate governance, venture debts, equity financing and employee stock option plans. In addition, he advises clients on a wide range of matters including both shares and assets transactions, joint ventures, disposals and other forms of entity restructuring, as well as provides ongoing assistance in matters related to company law, commercial law, IT and IP law.

Prior to joining the team, he was dealing with VC transactions in a Warsaw law firm, and before that he worked at an American law firm specializing in VC deals, specifically between CEE companies and Silicon Valley investors.
