Magdalena Dziubczyk is an advocate, of counsel at Kondracki Celej. She specializes in handling litigation involving entrepreneurs, with a particular focus on corporate disputes and issues concerning intellectual property law, in particular copyright law, press law and protection of personal rights. She represents clients at all stages of court proceedings, including injunction, examination, and enforcement proceedings. She also advises clients on litigation risks associated with their actions and planned transactions.
She has gained her professional experience in Warsaw law firms and through her work in common courts.
She conducts trainings on the protection of personal rights and lectures for students of the University of Physical Education in Warsaw at the Faculty of Tourism and Recreation on intellectual property law and law in tourism.
